Achieve your goals in a smart way...

After four decades observing the theater of management, I have discerned one immutable truth: neither the most impressive figures, nor the most interminable projects, nor the most lethargic processes ultimately determine success. It is, rather, the character and quality of the individuals involved that invariably settles the matter. People—with their virtues and their follies—are the true architects of distinction.

What I Do

I discreetly support magistrates and senior executives in all their activities.

Coach

Whether from plans ill-conceived, circumstances fraught with strain, or—as is most often the case—their unhappy confluence, the remedy is constant: a conversation in strictest confidence permits thorough examination and fresh insight.

Problem Solver

If I cannot solve your problems, you owe me no remuneration.

Court Jester

The unvarnished truth possesses a brutality that few can endure, yet more difficult still is securing it any hearing whatsoever—for the simple reason that none dares to speak it. It is here that the court jester assumes his peculiar office…

Testimonials

“ I have known H. C. for years and can draw on his expertise, yet I am always amazed at how his often unconventional solutions lead to the desired results in the shortest possible time.”

My Story

Born in St. Gallen, Switzerland, in 1963, I earned my law degree from the University of Fribourg in 1989, later followed by a Master of Business Engineering from the University of St. Gallen in 1999 and specialized credentials in Financial Management and Controlling from the same institution in 2009. Since 2023, I have been pursuing studies in psychology at UniDistance Switzerland.

Between 1989 and 2013, I cultivated extensive expertise across all echelons of management within national and international organizations. My trajectory encompassed roles ranging from project manager to chairman of the board, and from CIO to CEO, overseeing teams from three to three thousand professionals. Throughout this journey, I not only witnessed the full spectrum of organizational challenges but actively shaped their outcomes.

In the military, I spent nearly forty years rising through the ranks from mortar recruit to colonel in the general staff .

Since 2013, I have devoted myself with considerable satisfaction to advising magistrates and senior executives, from intimate one-on-one consultations through to full implementation. For me, impossible is rarely an acceptable conclusion.
